Do you believe we are a simulation?

Hello,

So I watched a conspiracy theory about how we are all a simulation. Some believe we are being played like a video game and some believe we are a scientific experiment to see the development of humans, animals, society etc.. I don't really agree with the video game one but I kind of agree with the experimental one, what are your thoughts?

Please if anyone has any information about it please help me out, i've been trying to serach it everywhere but didnt find any proper solution for it, please if anyone has a proper and exact information please help me out
